Customer creation
New customer on file in seconds — service locations, equipment, agreements and history all attached from the start.
You don't have to. Below is a series of short walkthroughs of real field service software owned outright by the company that runs on it — one clip per feature, book to bill. Not a demo account. Not a sales reel. Their software, their data, their keys.
Feature by feature — SERVICEFLOW FSM, BUILT BY SMW REFRIGERATION & HEATING.
New customer on file in seconds — service locations, equipment, agreements and history all attached from the start.
From ringing phone to booked call: customer lookup, job type, priority and time window without leaving the screen.
Build a priced estimate from the pricebook, attach photos and options, then send it for approval — approved estimates convert straight to jobs.
Drag-and-drop scheduling plus Click N Drop — alt-click a job card and every open slot becomes a target. Tech capacity at a glance, and jobs landing on the right phone with directions attached.
Checklists, photos, equipment readings and parts used — captured on the tech's phone, signed by the customer on the spot.
Put the customer on a maintenance membership, build recurring contracts, then generate pricebook-driven invoices and collect card or ACH before the truck leaves.
When cumulative savings turn positive.
Versus staying on your current FSM.
SRVCWRX fee is 80% of your current monthly spend for 12 months. During the cutover we assume you also keep paying your current vendor on a conservative ramp: 100% for months 1–4, 75% for months 5–10, and 40% for months 11–12. After month 12 you own the software and only pay infrastructure.
The month-13+ estimate is the midpoint of the typical infrastructure range for your spend level. Actual infrastructure costs scale with usage, not headcount.
